Is your garage door not responding to either the remote control or the keypad? There are several ways to troubleshoot this repair. First, move closer to the door. It may be possible you are out of range. Check the antenna. Is it bent or missing? You want to make sure it’s hanging downward properly and not bent in any way. If the wall switch works but the remote doesn’t, check the batteries. You’d be surprised how many emergency calls we make over nothing but a dead set of batteries. If all else fails, try reprogramming the remote control or keypad. Either may have lost its reprogramming and need reset. (This is particularly common after a power outage.)
